At the Westmar Lunch and Learn de Spot discussed the environmental impact of the cement and concrete industry and the goals and objectives of EcoSmart Concrete. De Spot referenced several EcoSmart concrete case studies that took place in the Vancouver area and discussed projects in progress such as EcoSmart Emirates -including preliminary test results- and SOS.
